About Us
Located on a Shipyard on the River Edge, in the heart of Littlehampton, River Live Edge offers that special, unique and bespoke table that will last a lifetime. All our materials are locally sourced within West Sussex and then kiln dried. You can select the wood yourself, or if you require a specific type of timber we can source this for you. Then we will be ready to start the process of handcrafting your beautiful River Table.

The Process
The Design Process
We work with our in house dedicated team to create the perfect statement piece for you, from tables to a range of bespoke furniture. View our gallery for inspiration.
First step is to choose your timber. Which can be cut to your specific need, style, colour and size. All our materials are sourced at the River Live Edge workshop. Due to this we can source and arrange the specific species. If you want something a little bit different, we also have an in house Kiln. View our Kiln page for more information. We are also able to dry any green Timber.
We have a vast supply of resin colours in house, please see examples on our resign page if you are looking for a specific colour we will source on your behalf, to create the perfect match for all interiors. View our Resign page to see our range of colours and styles.

The Kiln Drying Process
The Kiln Drying process includes the drying of wood in a chamber where the air circulation, humidity and temperature can be appropriately controlled so the moisture content of the wood will be reduced without having any drying defects. We keep you updated during the kiln drying process.
Which is why each of our pieces are individually made with the utmost attention to detail, not one piece we make is the same and where possible we always use locally sourced materials.

Legs Choice and Style
We cater for your exact needs, from the colour and style of table, right down to the style of legs.
We source the steel leg design you want and you can choose the height measurements too. Whether it is a design you have seen or a bespoke design you want created. Our unique, bespoke steel table legs help compliment your chosen River Live table top. We offer a one to one design build process and always offer great attention to the finer details.
